Antoine Kieffer

Antoine Kieffer is a PhD candidate at EDF R&D and Insa de Lyon (MateIS). He works on the development of new alloys optimized for high productivity additive manufacturing. He graduated from the European engineering school of material science (EEIGM) where he specialized myself in metallic materials. He spent 6 months at the University of Technology of Lulea (LTU) where he deepened my knowledge in metal working as well as in advanced characterization technics. He also has a degree of International Welding Engineer (IWE) that he performed as a double diploma together with the ESSA (institut de soudure) and the EEIGM. That in order to acquire more knowledge on te welding processes and the associated metallurgy. This, in hope to help developping new means of manufacturing like high productivity additive manufacturing.
