Mahmoud Naim
Mahmoud NAIM is a Ph.D. student at the Technological University of Troyes who started his Ph.D. on the analysis of the mechanical and tribocorrosion behavior of parts fabricated via atomic diffusion additive manufacturing. The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) granted him a full scholarship to pursue his undergraduate studies. After that, He earned his master’s in tribology and surface engineering at the Ecole des Mines de Saint Etienne with high distinction. He worked at Centre de Mise En Forme des Matériaux (CEMEF) where he studied the impact of the spatial distribution of dislocation substructure evolution during annealing. After that, he worked on analyzing the microstructural evolution of Zr-2.5Nb alloy during annealing. The research of Mahmoud NAIM is currently focused on the additive manufacturing field.
